The session usually takes around

2.5–3 hours

and includes conversation, preparation, gentle massage, Rebozo, tea and time to reflect

A Rebozo ceremony is a slow, nurturing experience created to help you pause, reconnect with your body and receive care

There is no need to prepare anything beforehand. Come in comfortable clothes and allow yourself enough time before and after the session so

you don't have to rush

I am currently developing my Rebozo practice and training, so during this period the session is offered for the cost of materials only
